1. Scope and acceptance
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Infinite Worlds Lab Creator Partner Program. By submitting an application, accepting access to the partner workspace or using a partner link, the applicant accepts these Terms, the Program Rules, the Digital Offer and applicable campaign instructions.
2. Approval and access
Participation is discretionary. Infinite Worlds Lab may approve, reject, suspend, limit or terminate an account or a specific course campaign at any time. Access is personal, non-transferable and may not be shared.
3. Eligible sales and rates
Commission applies only to eligible net course revenue actually received and retained by Infinite Worlds Lab. The standard tiers are 15% at entry, 20% from 20 approved sales, 25% from 50 approved sales and 30% from 100 approved sales. A campaign may state a different rate before promotion begins. Sales must be verified and may remain pending through the applicable refund and fraud-review period.
4. Excluded transactions
No commission is due on refunds, chargebacks, reversals, failed or disputed payments, taxes, payment-processing fees, discounts funded by Infinite Worlds Lab, self-referrals, duplicate orders, test orders, fraudulent orders or transactions produced through prohibited conduct. Previously credited commission may be reversed when the underlying order ceases to qualify.
5. Attribution
Partners must use the tracking links and codes issued in the workspace. Infinite Worlds Lab may use signed links, server-side click records, persistent tokens, registration and checkout identifiers, order metadata and personal codes to attribute a transaction. The platform record is the controlling record for commission calculations. Manipulating attribution, overwriting another partner's source or concealing a traffic source is prohibited.
6. Payouts
The minimum available balance for a payout request is USD 50. A payout request does not make a pending amount payable. Identity, tax and payment details may be required before payment. Infinite Worlds Lab may hold a payout while reviewing refunds, chargebacks, traffic quality, policy compliance or conflicting attribution.
7. Brand, claims and disclosures
Partners may use only approved current assets and substantiated claims. Each promotion must clearly disclose the commercial relationship in a form visible to the audience and comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, platform and privacy law, including relevant FTC and EU requirements.
8. Enforcement and forfeiture
For suspected prohibited conduct, Infinite Worlds Lab may pause tracking credit and payments while it investigates. For a material or repeated breach, including fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, source manipulation or incentivized traffic, Infinite Worlds Lab may immediately terminate participation, cancel affected commissions and forfeit the entire unpaid program balance to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. These remedies do not limit any right to recover losses or seek other relief.
9. Changes and termination
Infinite Worlds Lab may change or discontinue the Program, rates, eligibility rules or these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version or notifying partners electronically. Either party may end participation. Sections concerning payment adjustments, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and records survive termination.
10. Records and questions
Program records, including clicks, leads, orders, refunds, chargebacks and payouts, are maintained in the partner platform. Questions or disputes must be sent to partners@infiniteworldslab.com within 30 days of the disputed entry.
