1. Digital products
Infinite Worlds Lab sells digital courses, downloadable materials and related access rights. Product scope, price, access period, language, technical requirements and included materials are shown on the relevant sales page at checkout.
2. Delivery and access
Digital access is normally delivered electronically after successful payment. Access credentials and download links are personal. Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, share accounts or make course files available to third parties except where a separate written license allows it.
3. Pricing and taxes
The checkout price and any applicable tax shown before payment control. Discounts and promotional codes may have separate eligibility and expiry rules.
4. Refunds, chargebacks and support
Refund rights are governed by the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law applicable to the customer. A chargeback does not create an additional refund entitlement. Access may be suspended while a payment dispute is reviewed. Support requests should include the order number and be sent through the contact channel shown in the order confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, prompts, graphics, templates and downloadable files remain protected by intellectual-property law. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for the stated purpose.
6. Updates and availability
Course content and platform features may be corrected or updated. Reasonable substitutions may be made where a referenced third-party service changes. Nothing in this Offer excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
