Approved promotion
Create original, accurate content for an audience that has chosen to see it. Use active campaign briefs, current pricing and approved product claims. Place a clear affiliate disclosure close to the recommendation. Identify every paid-media account, domain, page and traffic source on request.
Strictly prohibited traffic and conduct
- Fraudulent, automated, bot, click-farm, cookie-stuffing or fabricated traffic, leads or orders.
- Mis-sourced traffic, concealed referrers, cloaking, source laundering, attribution hijacking or overwriting another partner's tracking.
- Misleading advertising, false scarcity, fabricated testimonials, earnings claims, health claims, performance guarantees or any statement likely to deceive.
- Incentivized traffic, paid-to-click activity, rewards for registrations or purchases, cashback, commission sharing or undisclosed rebates unless a campaign gives prior written approval.
- Self-referrals; purchases by the partner, their household, employees, controlled entities or accounts created for the purpose of earning commission.
- Spam, scraped lists, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful email or SMS, malicious software, forced redirects, pop-ups that obscure consent or deceptive interfaces.
- Use of Infinite Worlds Lab trademarks in domains, handles, paid-search keywords or ad accounts in a way that suggests official ownership.
- Promotion beside illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent or otherwise brand-unsafe content.
Chargebacks and reversals
Chargebacks, refunds, reversals, fraudulent payments and unpaid orders never qualify for commission. If commission was credited before the event was known, it will be removed from pending or payable balance and may be recovered from later earnings.
Enforcement
Infinite Worlds Lab may request source records, campaign screenshots, ad account data or other evidence reasonably necessary to verify traffic. Failure to provide it may result in rejection of the traffic. A material or repeated breach may cause immediate campaign suspension, unilateral termination of participation, cancellation of affected commissions and forfeiture of the entire unpaid program balance to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
